HMS certifies ONLY those stores and restaurants which get their meat supply exclusively from HMS monitored/approved sources. We implement end-to-end certification, which means HMS is checking for proper Halal at every link of the supply chain, from the slaughterhouse to the distributor to your facility. WE CERTIFY ONLY WHAT WE CHECK.
